The concept of chalk angels fits well with the idea
of a night out on the town. The proliferation of pool
tables in pubs and clubs is a handy thing as far as
this plan is concerned as they provide a good source
of chalk, often in exciting colours, usually blue.
I would like to wake up on a Saturday morning and
go out for a stroll through a city full of blue chalk
angels, marking out a thousand stumbles home. Everyone
likes to leave their mark, to say "I was here",
and this is just a stupid extension of that impulsive
act.
